My Approach
Do you feel stuck? Overwhelmed? You might be experiencing depression, anxiety, people pleasing, trauma, or rage. This cycle may have been going on for years or even generations. I get it. I see you. I am passionate about helping individuals ready to break these cycles and show up differently in their lives and relationships. In my work, I help individuals navigate the many transitions and challenges that life brings. I am especially driven toward helping moms in the perinatal period and beyond thrive in motherhood. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies and theories including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory. Through our work together, we will develop strategies to help you show up in life differently as well as dive more deeply and work through patterns and trauma that are causing pain. My goal is to help you not only survive in life but thrive.
I am truly honored to be part of your healing journey. Reaching out for support takes courage. If you’re ready to take the next step, fill out the form below to send me an email and let’s chat.
I am currently working under a provisional license as I work toward full licensure. If you haven any questions or concerns about my clinical work, please reach out to my supervisor listed below.
