Telehealth Counseling for Individuals, Couples, and Families
My Approach
I’m Lauren Glenn — a therapist passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s transitions, relational challenges, and emotional growth. I work collaboratively with clients on issues like anxiety, depression, communication struggles, parenting stress, relational conflict, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is grounded in research-informed practices, guided by compassion, and rooted in connection and emotion.
I believe that the patterns we develop in relationships — with ourselves and others — shape how we experience life. When those patterns no longer serve us, we can learn to understand them, shift them, and create new ways of relating that feel more empowering and authentic. Together we’ll explore strengths, unpack challenges, and build practical skills to create more ease, clarity, and connection in your life.
My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and other evidence-based modalities that help people deepen connection, repair ruptures, and move toward goals that matter most to them. Whether you are navigating conflict with a partner, healing from past wounds, or seeking more balance and resilience in your life, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, steadiness, and intentional support.
I provide telehealth counseling throughout Washington State, offering a safe and accessible space to engage in meaningful therapeutic work from the privacy of your own home.
Taking the step to reach out for support takes courage — and I’m honored to be considered as a partner in your growth and healing.
