My Approach

I’ve been working as a therapist since 2007. I spent 9 years in community mental health until I transitioned in 2016 to private practice working with adults.  I am passionate about guiding my clients to find a sense of self-compassion and empowerment through a combination of self-examination and practical tools. I offer a variety of modalities to accommodate individuals, no matter where you are on your journey. I utilize a number of modalities and perspectives such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to increase practical application of one’s own wisdom in the here and now, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is based on acupuncture and can assist in the relief of symptoms in minutes, Counseling Astrology and other energy healing modalities when appropriate, and attachment style approaches.

To seek out healing takes an act of courage and trust! I honor the journey that has led you to this point. Our souls are seeking wholeness, this is my own work, as well as what I strive to empower each client to work toward. I offer a unique spiritual perspective that honors mystic traditions and wisdom.  My primary focus is to guide individuals towards a greater sense of freedom from victim consciousness. We do this through the hard work of increasing awareness of one’s emotional and behavioral patterns. I help guide my clients which are accessed through mind/body/soul connection and to heal the wounds that have accumulated throughout our lives.  I am also trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and hold a Certificate in Advanced Hypnotherapy. I use this modality with only established clients due to the importance of trust and vulnerability that is needed.

I’m a good fit for you if you’re looking for:

  • Spiritual and energy clearing

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Increasing emotional intelligence

  • Increasing healthy relationship dynamics

  • Freedom from toxic patterns
