My Approach
My passion lies in supporting and guiding children and their families through the ups and downs in life. There is a balance to be found and I strive to help others work towards creating and maintaining positive relational experiences while setting and following their own boundaries.
While we cannot change our pasts, we can work towards understanding our life experiences and find ways to move forward stronger. My goal is to help others learn how to challenge themselves to build a strong support network, believe in their own capabilities, and create new and exciting possibilities for themselves.
I eagerly await the opportunity to help those looking for guidance and I am humbled to be a part of my client's journey by providing feedback, empathy, reassurance, reflective listening, and identifying strengths to build off of. My clinical style is eclectic and combines the styles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Collaborative Problem Solving, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other Evidence Based Practices.
